Lifting Inspection Services specialise in visual inspection and testing of all your lifting and rigging equipment, either on-site, in your workshop or ours. Offering a qualified specialist team, highly trained in the field of lifting equipment inspections, to ensure our customers meet and exceed all minimum safety and maintenance standards for your lifting equipment.
Our services include on-site inspections for all lifting equipment including lifting beams, slings (of all kinds - chain and synthetic), shackles and lifting cages, and Height Safety Equipment. We cannot stress enough the importance of testing and regularly inspecting all your lifting and safety equipment, even if brand new, ensuring the integrity of equipment adheres with all Australian safety standards. Inspecting lifting & height safety equipment when new will ensure the equipment does not contain any design or manufacturing faults and is safe to use from your first use.
We recommend regular inspections every three months, and more frequently if subject to severe conditions, to the established RGBY protocol. Inspections, certifications and registers are required to comply with Australian Standards.
Need repairs? Not a problem. We will take the equipment to our workshop or organise for replacement parts as soon as practical. If we repair equipment, we will re-test, and certify the equipment prior to reinstallation.

ON-SITE INSPECTIONS
This is one of our most popular services available. It’s made a big difference for many of our customers, and is provided with the highest level of excellence.
Our qualified inspectors will visit your site and discuss with you your inspection requirements. Once established, a regular interval for inspections will be set up. With our custom-built test-bed, we are able to offer our customers the satisfaction of knowing their lifting equipment adheres to the Australian Standards for safety and reliability.
Lifting Inspection Services (Hunter & NSW) Pty Ltd provide our services to the whole of NSW but are centrally located in the Lower Hunter at Thornton, Maitland. The majority of our customers are primarily in the Hunter (from Newcastle up to the Upper Hunter, Cessnock, Dungog and all areas in between), Lake Macquarie and the Central Coast through to Port Stephens.
