RPSWP Load Binder

Intended use is as tensioning and shortening element in two-part lashing systems.

Specifications

Developed for two-part lashing systems.
• For use at two-part lashing systems. The RPSWP consists of a load binder (product code RSKWP), two Connex connecting links (product code CWP), two shortening hooks with safety pin (product code PSWP) and a lashing tag
• A suitable lashing chain (e.g. product code ZKWP) is required
• Reliable and durable system for demanding applications
• Suitable for direct and frictional lashing
• Extra-long tension range to ensure optimum use
• The lever can be folded by 90 degrees in both directions. The mechanism is secured by an easy to operate safety device against unintentional folding or unfolding
• Due to the foldable lever, unintentional loosening can be prevented using a simple U-lock
• This also guarantees that the ratchet load binder cannot be loosened and theft when it is in operation (e.g. highway rest station)
• Ratcheting in both directions (tensioning and loosening) possible by means of an easily switchable safety mechanism

Available in 7mm, 8mm, 10mm & 13mm.
