Stubby Eye Bolt

Stubby Swivel Eye Bolt Lifting Points are designed and made according to AS2317 for the swivel component. Used as a swivelling load ring able to swivel 360° with a pivot of 90°. Made from G100 alloy steel with Orange painted finish, manufactured with an elongated ring in metric thread sizes 8mm to 20mm.

Marked with work load limit in tonnes, nominal size in millimetres, quality mark and supplier identification.
Designed by forged alloy steel, quenched and tempered.
360°rotation with 90° pivot function.
Rated at 100% at 90° angle.
100% magnaflux crack detection
Proof tested in 2 stages.

1.25 x working load limit with ball bearing included.
Removal of ball bearing that is subject to damages, then 2x working load limit is applied.
